1. Purpose
This policy establishes conduct standards for customers, associates, direct sellers, distributors and other participants using the Nityashree Wellness website or business opportunity.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Making false, misleading or deceptive statements about products, services or earnings.
- Promoting a money-circulation, pyramid or other prohibited scheme through the company opportunity.
- Offering incentives or payments that are not authorized under the applicable company plan.
- Using unauthorized websites, advertisements, social media campaigns or promotional materials in the company's name.
- Misrepresenting the company, its products, policies, prices or business opportunity.
- Using another person's credentials, identity or account without authorization.
- Engaging in conduct that violates applicable law or damages customers, the company or other participants.
3. Product and Income Claims
No participant may claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease unless such claim is expressly permitted and supported by applicable law and approved company materials. Participants must not promise guaranteed or fixed income from the business opportunity.
4. Investigation and Action
Where there is a suspected violation, Nityashree Wellness may investigate and may restrict account access, suspend business privileges, withhold processing where legally permissible, request information, or terminate participation depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
5. Effect of Termination
On termination, access to account features, business resources, promotional materials and other privileges may cease. Outstanding obligations that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
6. Compliance
All participants are expected to comply with applicable central, state and local laws, consumer-protection requirements, advertising standards and other regulations relevant to their activities.
